Mi chiamo Walter Kaufmann, lavoro per l’azienda da pi\u00f9 di 25 anni. <\/span><\/i><\/p>

Dopo essermi diplomato al TFO (Max Valier) in ingegneria meccanica, ho iniziato a lavorare come attrezzista presso Autotest (ex WESTAN).<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Quando l’azienda \u00e8 entrata nel settore della lavorazione delle materie plastiche nel 1995, sono passato a questo reparto e ho lavorato per 4 anni come montatore e capoturno per la neonata divisione stampaggio ad iniezione. <\/span><\/i><\/p>

Dopo un anno sabbatico in un’altra azienda in Austria, ho iniziato a lavorare nella gestione dei progetti e della qualit\u00e0, nonch\u00e9 nella tecnologia di misurazione dopo il mio ritorno nel 2000. <\/span><\/i><\/p>

Attraverso una formazione costante nel campo della tecnologia delle materie plastiche, della gestione della qualit\u00e0 e dell’ingegneria di processo, sono finalmente passato completamente al campo della qualit\u00e0 \/ gestione della qualit\u00e0. <\/span><\/i><\/p>

L\u00ec mi sono occupato per 8 anni dell’impostazione e del mantenimento del sistema di gestione della qualit\u00e0 e delle certificazioni per l’intero gruppo Autotest. Ci\u00f2 includeva anche le ex sedi di Lana, Franzensfeste, Eisenach e Slovacchia. <\/span><\/i><\/p>

Dopo questi anni molto istruttivi nell’area della qualit\u00e0 e della formazione continua, sono finalmente passato alle vendite e ora sono responsabile di clienti come LAMBORGHINI, AUDI, SKODA, SEAT e molti altri partner commerciali.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

La mia formazione scolastica in combinazione con l’istruzione superiore, l’esperienza della produzione, la conoscenza del progetto e la gestione della qualit\u00e0 che ho potuto acquisire mi aiutano oggi a combinare i desideri dei nostri clienti con le possibilit\u00e0 della nostra azienda in modo eccellente e quindi il Per garantire il futuro della nostra azienda con ulteriori ordini.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Il successo \u00e8 molto importante per Autotest S\u00fcdtirol GmbH, dal momento che il futuro di tutti dipende da questo.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Questa \u00e9 una delle cose che mi piace di pi\u00fa in Autotest, il fatto che vengano presi in considerazione i punti di forza dei collaboratori e sviluppati in tal senso! Di Autotest mi piace l’ambiente giovanile e umile…quando ti senti allo stesso livello di Tutti, e dico TUTTI, si lavora con uno spirito positivo.
