Ha lavorato prima presso lo stabilimento di Lana, poi nel 2017 \u00e8 stata Responsabile delle Risorse Umane presso lo stabilimento di Eisenach per quasi due anni. Dal 2019 \u00e8 tornata in Italia presso lo stabilimento di Fortezza.
