The new provisions are geared toward ensuring the protection of whistleblowers who expose themselves to the risk of retaliation. <br \/>By accessing <u><a href=\"https:\/\/autotest.trusty.report\/\">this encrypted platform<\/a><\/u>, you will be able to report violations of European Union Law (for example breaches of civil law, misdemeanors, breaches of accounting obligations, criminal offenses, violations of the 231\/01 Organizational Model, etc.) of which you might be aware. <br \/>You will be able to choose whether to share your personal data or to file an anonymous report. In any case, we guarantee the confidential treatment of your identity and personal data. <br \/>Within 7 days of filing your report, you will get a system-generated receipt, which also contains a personal access code that you will need for any follow-up activities.
