Her focus lies on team development both from a personal and professional perspective. She has been working at Autotest since 2013. Initially she worked at the Lana plant, then in 2017 she was HR Manager at the Eisenach plant for nearly two years. Since 2019, she is now back in Italy at the Franzensfeste plant.
