Stefanie Obergolser
My name is Stefanie, I am 26 years old and I hold a degree from the hotel management highschool at Bruneck. In January 2017, I started as a career changer at Autotest and worked here as a receptionist. I am very glad that the company gave me the chance to prove myself at that time and I quickly felt at home.
After two years, I was looking for a new challenge and was offered the opportunity to start an apprenticeship in quality management.
It was not easy for me, as I had no basic knowledge, but the company supported and encouraged me at all times.
I recently returned to the company from my maternity leave. Everyone has been responsive to my needs, and now I am working part-time, with optional smart working from home.
What I like about Autotest is that people support each other, that everyone has the chance to develop themselves and that there is a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the company.
I would definitely recommend Autotest as an employer to friends, because we have a good working atmosphere, we have a 4.5-day week – and you are seen and appreciated as an employee.
